1. General Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any products unless the product is defective, damaged, or not as described. Customers are encouraged to inspect the products upon receipt and contact us immediately with any concerns.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If a product is received in a damaged or defective condition, we will provide a replacement or issue a store credit upon verification of the defect. Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product, and the product must be returned in its original packaging, along with proof of damage or defect.
3. Return Process
If a return is authorized (based on the condition stated above), customers must cover the return shipping costs. Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process the replacement or store credit.
4. Non-refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Sale items
- Personalized or customized products
- Opened or used products
- Gift cards or digital products
5. Restocking Fees
We may charge a restocking fee of up to 15% of the total order value for returned items.
6. Processing Time
Refunds, replacements, or store credits (when applicable) will be processed within 10-15 business days of receipt of the returned product.
7. Seller's Discretion
We reserve the right to refuse any return or refund request at our sole discretion if we believe the return or refund request does not meet the requirements of this policy.
